Common questions

How do payments work?

Harbor connects to your own Stripe account. Deposits and final payments go straight to you, and Harbor never holds your funds.

How do I connect Instagram, Discord, SMS, or email?

In the app, open Settings, then Integrations, and follow the connection steps for each channel.

How do I change my plan?

Plans are managed from your Harbor account on the web at harborstudio.ai.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your personal data. You can also email us and we will take care of it for you.
